I'm having trouble signing in, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen and follow the steps to reset it. If you have any other issues, please contact our support team by emailing hello@skinpicking.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, selecting Unpick, and then tapping Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
You can restore a purchase by clicking the ‘Restore’ button in the top right of the paywall screen.
